Some useful health tips
Walnuts remove parasites from your body (best black walnuts).
How can you rid your body of parasites? By eating walnuts, says Dr. Dan Gubler. Walnuts contain juglone, a substance with antiparasitic, anti-inflammatory and immunoregulatory properties. Juglon prevents parasites from reproducing and paralyzes them, Gubler says. The intestines then expel the paralyzed parasites from the body. A handful of walnuts a day is apparently enough to achieve this effect, but you are free to take a little more (not too much, of course) if you like. There is also a good ratio of omega 6 to omega 3 in these nuts, which benefits your mental health and reduces the risk of Alzheimer's disease a lot.
Chlorella binds harmful heavy metals to itself and thus removes them from your body.
Always choose a pure and high-quality form of Chlorella from a reliable distributor.
It is advisable to start with a small dose of chlorella (1 gram of powder or 4 tablets of 250 milligrams per day) and then build up until you are at about 3 grams of powder or 12 tablets of 250 milligrams per day (about the ideal dose that you can divide over two or three moments). The reason for this is that Chlorella is very detoxifying and that with a large dose you may experience some detoxification symptoms such as a slight headache and some "rumbling" in the intestines in the beginning. However, this is part of the detoxification process and normally disappears over time. If you already have a lot of harmful heavy metals stored in your body, the detoxification symptoms can be a little more intense with, among other things, some dizziness, feeling a bit unwell. So slowly build up the amount at your own pace to a maximum of 10 grams per day spread over 4 or more moments (don't go over this amount of Chlorella) and see how your body reacts, then you can possibly reduce or increase a bit to a maximum of 10 grams. 10 grams of chlorella is said to contain 70% of the daily amount of iron that should be consumed.
Finally, this algae is also very good for the acid-base balance in your body, which means that the chance of getting cancer is much less easy because cancer is much less likely to develop in an alkaline environment that is free of parasites.
WARNING: Don't consume chlorella if you take immunosuppressant medication or blood thinners because it can reduce the effectiveness of immunosuppressant medications and due to its high vitamin K content, a nutrient that promotes healthy blood clotting, chlorella can also interact with blood thinners. Always consult your doctor first in that case.
